Request deletion of a YourVoices account
This page is the external account-deletion route for YourVoices, operated by Faruk AB, Hotellgatan 3, 311 31 Falkenberg, Sweden. It is for someone who has uninstalled the app or cannot use its in-app deletion screen.
Use the direct route in the app: Settings → Personal settings → Permanently delete account. It asks for the account’s voice confirmation where that protection is enabled.
If you no longer have the app
Send a deletion request to Faruk AB. Include the YourVoices account email address or user code, and say whether the request also concerns a separate @mono-peak.com mailbox.
We will use a suitable verification step before acting on an external request, so another person cannot delete an account merely by sending an email in your name.
What happens next
Faruk AB will acknowledge the request at the address you provide, verify that it comes from the account holder, and confirm the outcome. A YourVoices platform account and a separate mail mailbox are not assumed to be the same request: tell us explicitly if you want the independent mailbox considered as well.

أرسل طلب الحذف إلى Faruk AB، واذكر بريد حساب YourVoices أو رمز المستخدم، وبيّن صراحة إن كان الطلب يشمل أيضًا صندوق بريد منفصلًا ينتهي بـ @mono-peak.com.
سنتبع خطوة تحقق مناسبة قبل تنفيذ الطلب الخارجي، حتى لا يستطيع شخص آخر حذف حسابك بمجرد إرسال رسالة باسمك.
ماذا يحدث بعد ذلك؟
تؤكد Faruk AB استلام الطلب على العنوان الذي تقدمه، وتتحقق من أن الطلب صادر عن صاحب الحساب، ثم تؤكد النتيجة. حساب المنصة وصندوق البريد المستقل ليسا طلبًا واحدًا تلقائيًا؛ اذكر بوضوح إن كنت تريد النظر في حذف صندوق البريد أيضًا.
