لكل سلسلة اسم وتعريف وموضوع وهدف، وتُرتّب موادها في حلقات. ويمكن أن تكون الحلقات صوتية أو نصية أو مزيجًا بينهما.

ما هو النادي؟
النادي هو مساحة داخل الاستديو يجمع فيها صاحبه مجموعةً من المحتوى المترابط، ويقدّمه في ترتيب تسلسلي بدل أن تبقى كل قطعة منفردة.
يمكن أن يكون سلسلة تعليمية في موضوع محدد، أو جريدة دورية نصية أو صوتية، أو سلسلة قصصية أو فكاهية، أو أي مسار يجمع حلقات متعددة تحت فكرة واحدة.
حدود النادي
النادي ينظم العمل المتسلسل، بينما يبقى الاستديو هو هويته العامة والمالية داخل YourVoices.
مجاني أو مدفوع
يقرر صاحب الاستديو أن يقدّم السلسلة مجانًا أو يجعل الوصول إليها مدفوعًا وفق القواعد المالية المعلنة وقت التفعيل. القرار يعود إلى صاحب النادي.
جزء من هوية واحدة
لا ينشأ النادي من دون استديو. سلاسله ومواده تابعة لاسم الاستديو ورمزه، ويظل صاحب الاستديو مسؤولًا عن إدارتها ونشرها.
دعم الاستديو يعني دعم النادي أيضًا: لأن النادي جزء من مشروع الاستديو، فلا يملك صندوق دعم منفصلًا عنه. ومع ذلك، لا يتحول دعم الاستديو تلقائيًا إلى ثمن لدخول سلسلة مدفوعة؛ فالدعم والشراء مساران مختلفان.
قواعد النادي
تحدد هذه القواعد ما الذي يجعل المواد المتعددة سلسلةً واحدة واضحة، وكيف تُدار عند النشر أو البيع أو ورود بلاغ.

اسم خاص بالسلسلة
يجب أن تحمل كل سلسلة اسمًا يميزها داخل النادي، ويعبّر بوضوح عن موضوعها. لا يكفي اسم الاستديو وحده لتعريف عمل متسلسل مستقل.
نقطة بداية مشروحة
يحدد صاحب الاستديو نقطة بداية السلسلة، ويشرح موضوعها وهدفها ولمن صُنعت وما الذي ستقدمه. يجب أن يستطيع الصوت قراءة هذا التعريف أو سماعه قبل الدخول ليعرف هل هذه هي السلسلة التي يبحث عنها أم لا.
نهاية للسلسلة المغلقة، وهدف للسلسلة المفتوحة
تحتاج السلسلة المغلقة إلى نقطة نهاية محددة يعلنها صاحبها. أما السلسلة المفتوحة فلا تحتاج إلى موعد نهاية ثابت، لكن هدفها المعلن يصبح حدّها الموضوعي. ويقر صاحب الاستديو بالتزامه بمسار السلسلة وهدفها، وألا يحولها إلى مكان لموضوع آخر غير مرتبط.
البلاغ والصندوق الأحمر
عندما ينتقل محتوى من النادي إلى الصندوق الأحمر نتيجة بلاغ أو شكوى وفق آلية المراجعة، يتوقف نشر السلسلة وإضافة حلقات جديدة إليها حتى تتم معاينة العمل واتخاذ قرار، أو يسحب صاحب السلسلة المحتوى محل القضية.
السلسلة المدفوعة سلعة تجارية
إذا كانت السلسلة مدفوعة، فهي منتج رقمي تجاري يخضع للضريبة المنطبقة في بلد المشتري، وتحصل المنصة على نسبة من مبيعاتها. ويجب أن يوضح صانع المحتوى بدقة ما الذي يشتريه الصوت: سلسلة مغلقة واحدة بسعر محدد، أم اشتراكًا متكررًا في سلسلة مفتوحة، وما مدة الوصول وما يشمله وشروط الإلغاء والاسترداد.
الأرقام ما زالت مفتوحة: لن نثبت نسبة المنصة أو سعر السلسلة أو مدة الاشتراك في هذه المرحلة. تُعتمد هذه الأرقام بعد اكتمال بناء النظام المالي والضريبي ومسارات الدفع في YourVoices.

What is the Club?
The Club is a space within a studio where its owner gathers related content and presents it in sequence instead of leaving every item on its own.
It may be an educational series on a defined subject, a recurring written or audio journal, a narrative or comedy series, or any path that brings several episodes under one idea.
The Club’s boundaries
The Club organises sequential work, while the studio remains its public and financial identity inside YourVoices.
Work with a beginning and a path
Each series has a name, introduction, subject, and goal, with its material ordered into episodes. Episodes may be audio, written, or a mixture of both.
Free or paid
The studio owner decides whether a series is free or requires payment under the financial rules published when that option is activated. The decision belongs to the Club owner.
Part of one identity
A Club cannot exist without a studio. Its series and material belong to the studio’s name and code, and the studio owner remains responsible for managing and publishing them.
Supporting the studio also supports its Club: the Club is part of the studio’s work and has no separate support pot. Studio support does not, however, automatically purchase access to a paid series; support and purchase are separate paths.

These rules define what makes separate items one clear series and how it is handled when published, sold, or reported.

A distinct series name
Every series must have a name that distinguishes it within the Club and clearly reflects its subject. The studio name alone is not enough to identify an independent sequential work.
An explained starting point
The studio owner defines where the series begins and explains its subject, goal, intended audience, and what it will provide. A voice must be able to read or hear this introduction before entering and decide whether it is what they are looking for.
An ending for a closed series; a goal for an open one
A closed series needs a defined ending announced by its owner. An open series does not need a fixed end date, but its stated goal becomes its subject boundary. The studio owner commits to the series path and goal and not turning it into a place for unrelated subjects.
Reports and the Red Box
When Club content enters the Red Box following a report or complaint under the review process, publishing and new episodes in that series pause until the work is examined and a decision is made, or the series owner withdraws the content at issue.
A paid series is a commercial product
A paid series is a commercial digital product subject to the tax applicable in the buyer’s country, and the platform receives a share of its sales. The creator must state exactly what the voice buys: one closed series for a set price, or a recurring subscription to an open series, together with access duration, included material, cancellation, and refund terms.
The figures remain open: the platform share, series price, and subscription period are not fixed at this stage. They will be approved after YourVoices completes its financial and tax system and payment paths.
